I would like to take this opportunity to THANK all the wonderful people who have given my kittens such caring, loving homes.
Receiving feedback like these, to me, is what breeding is all about.

Missey's Starsign Litter - Taurus
(Diego)
[See Photo Gallery]
Hi Shelley,Just letting you know that we had a wonderful drive back today. Taurus/Diego meowed just three times during the entire trip, and he even purred while talking to him at the petrol station. He hasn't stopped purring whenever we are with him. We have put him in his own room while our other cat gets used to having him around. Clara our daughter is very smitten with him and we already love having him as part of our family.
We will be in touch,
Ingrid - Auckland
Update 15/10/2008
Hi Shelley,Well, a few months have passed and "Diego" is well and truly a part of the family, as you would expect. We love having his company - he is so smoochy and hilarious outside as he tries to catch anything that moves. He is so keen to catch a bird which I am not so thrilled about!
I'll attach the latest photo I can find - Clara was dressing up Diego and he was very patient.
Cheers,Ingrid

I have attached a photo, as you can see he has taken over my bed!!!

2008 Missey's Starsign Litter - Sagittarius
(Aslan)
[See Photo Gallery]
Hi there, Man he's grown this week we had a 6 month old kitten come in for castration today our boy is his size easy. His motor (Purr) goes non stop. As soon as he sees either myself or mark it starts and doesn't stop until he's zonked out asleep on one of our knees. (his choice to get on the knee too by the way) He's eyeing up the dog and looking more interested so that's good. time will do wonders.
Thanks
Anna (Vet Nurse) - Tauranga

Update 23/06/2008
Ps Aslan or Azzy is so full of energy haha. I decided maybe he needed some brain exercises to burn off some energy and as a result he can 'Hi five'just like the dog.... very cute!!!
He is also learning to play hide and seek. he does all of the finding
anyway...
Anna - Tauranga

Update 14/07/2008
Azzy is VERY energetic haha so I decided he needed some brain exercises to help wear him out.  As a result he high fives on command (i should have a door charge) and plays hide and seek (although he does most of the finding at the moment). If there is the odd occassion when he's not following me around the house "helping" me or sharing the dogs bed I have a cat toy which i squeak and he comes running. Nevermind this "here puss puss" stuff haha. He's 4 months old now and about 4.2kgs! Think this may be the start of a maine coon addiction. We call him Azzy most of the time now. Or bigfoot or azzinator or azzy wazzy woozle (my nephews one) or toad if he's being naughty haha. poor cats probably confused.Yep about 4.2 kgs and growing every minute! His tail has finally decided to join the rest of his body and grow too. At one stage he almost looked out of proportion fluffy body and skinny tail.
Thanks
Anna -Tauranga

2008 Missey's Starsign Litter - Virgo
(Mazz)
[See Photo Gallery]
Hi Shelley. Virgo - Mazz as we have called him (the only Mazarati I will have) has settled in really well, he is gorgeous. He is still getting the hang of the labrador (Bella) but he went up and licked Bellas nose today so he is getting very brave. Sleeps with Nicole almost all night - then its time for play. Its a long time since we have had a kitten in the house - Fidji was almost 20 when we had to have her put down so he is very entertaining. When I am in the office he helps out on the keyboard, shuffles some papers around then settles himself down behind me on the chair while I work, keeps me company.

Update 02/07/2008
Hi Shelley. Thought i would send you an update of our man, he has a great personality, is so cute and keeps us entertained! fell in the fish pond today came in soaking wet... he is into absolutely everything.

(Smudge)
[See Photo Gallery]
Hi Shelley, Pixie - now Smudge has settled in really well and is enjoying the out door life. She was not too sure what to make of the cows and hid under the deck for awhile. She loves playing with Budge, our other kitten, and they all get on well with Deimos our older Maine Coon.

2007 Missey's Cadbury Litter - Crunchie
(Aslan)
[See Photo Gallery]
Hi Shelley, Aslan continues to thrive and has become quite a celebrity, our vet couldn't believe how fantastic he was and I had to whisk him away from all he nurses. A friend of ours sister, (from the cat protection league in Wellington) requested a visit. She said she generally preferred moggies but, she felt Aslan was a brilliant cat who was one of the best natured cats she had ever met. He continues to be best friends with Boo (dog), or itchy and scratchy, as we call them. He has also developed some great personality traits. He always sits with his paws crossed, he will take every opportunity to try and sit in the kitchen sink or the shower and loves to sit in the laundry basket especially if full of clean ironed clothes!!!! He goes outside during the day but stays close to the house and comes in at night time so he can sit in bed with Maddy whilst she has her reading time.
I will keep in touch,
Shelley - Napier

2008 Harly's Special Litter - Miracle
(Gus)
Hi Shelley, What a little star Gus is……he just gets better and better. Nothing seems to phase him which is fantastic! I am just so impressed with Gus. It’s so obvious that he’s been brought up in a loving home environment and not a cattery situation. I can’t thank you enough and I feel very lucky to have such a special little boy.

(Richie)
[See Photo Gallery]
Dear Aunty Shelley, Sorry I haven't been in touch but I have been really busy....i have been eating heaps and growing like a mushroom, also I spent 2 weeks in a Pussy Prison while my family went on holiday. I have been learning how to ride a skateboard, and I have been paddling my paws in a really big swimming pool, and I also like riding around in a little dolls pushchair but when the kids get tired of pushing me around I hop out. I caught my first bird this week. Tane my big brother was very impressed. Now I just have to get the hang of the catdoor and I will be just like a big cat. Well that's about it for now I promise to send more pictures and stories soon.

He likes to be near to me lying at my feet and following us around the only tears are when he dosen't know where abouts in the house I am but as soon as I call him he's ok . He loves his toys and the play tree , thankyou so much for allowing us to care for him. I'll keep in touch and send photos as he gets bigger.

2007 Harly's Fairytale Litter - Gretel
[See Photo Gallery]
Hi There, Just to let you know that Gretel is a wonderful part of our family.  She and Lily (cat) are best of friends, they love being outside and Gretel climbs the trees and has caught three birds now and one was quite a large adult thrush. She is really social and follows us in the house.  She is so relaxed that she has had a ride on the pony.  She also plays with the pet rabbit which is miles bigger than her...at the moment (hes a flemish giant)Thanks for such a lovely cat.

2007 Harly's Fairytale Litter - Tinkerbell
(Iris)
[See Photo Gallery]
Hi Shelley, Iris is an absolute delight and as you can see from the pictures, has completely settled into her new home.  My family adore her, including my German Shepherd Lily - they spend hours playing - in fact she's given old Lily a whole new lease on life which I'm very happy about. She was absolutely the right pet to get at the right time!  Once again thank you for letting us have her - (PS. I looked at the new litter on your website today - they are stunning - but of course not as pretty as our little Iris!)
Kind regards
Andrea - Wellington
